James has extensive surveying experience in Wichita and the surrounding areas.  He received his surveyor’s license in November 2001.

His surveying experience includes mortgage title inspections, boundary surveys, construction staking layout, metes and bounds surveys, topographic, architectural, and as-built surveys.  He is proficient in the operation of GPS equipment as well as Total Station and Data collection.  He has served as Chief of Survey Parties since April of 2000 and is responsible for supervising and managing up to four survey crews, and works with the CAD technicians to help resolve any problems that arise.  He is responsible for reviewing fieldwork performed by the survey crews to ensure accuracy and acceptability.  He also works closely with others in the company to compile bid proposals for construction staking and engineering projects.
